outpatient services

Elmhurst Home, Inc. provides Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP)  for Adults with Mental Illness (MI), Substance Use Disorders (SUD) gender-specific and/or co-occurring consumers.  The duration of treatment is based on medical necessity.  Consumers from this program must reside in Wayne County.  

We offer the following services within OP and IOP:

• Psychiatric Evaluation
• Weekly Individual Sessions
• Group Therapy
• Medication Review
• Case Management
• Patient Education​
•  Transportation
