women's specialty Program

Elmhurst Home's women's facility, (Naomi's Nest) also provides both short-term (14-30 days) to long-term (90 days) residential substance abuse treatment for women who have children under the age of 18 and are pregnant up to the second trimester.  This is in addition to our standard residential program offerings (previously listed).  We offer the following services for our women's specialty program:

• Gender-specific substance abuse treatment and other therapeutic interventions for women who may address issues of relationships, sexual/physical abuse, parenting and childcare
• Helping women with the process of retaining custody of their children (in conjunction with CPS)
• Yoga

Naomi's Nest also offers Outpatient Services for our women who are seeking a continuum of care, after completing our residential substance abuse program.
